Earlier this year Radwell International nominated Caudwell Children as their Charity Partner of the Year 2024.
Radwell International believes passionately in the power of employee voice, and the selection of their Charity Partner of the Year for 2024 was no exception. They asked their team to decide who the business should support, and the unanimous choice was Caudwell Children. Our charity, which focuses on supporting children and their families, resonated deeply with employees, particularly because of its local roots. Radwell is committed to raising as much money as possible over the next 12 months and is eager to build a positive, impactful partnership.

Taking on a Thrilling Challenge
In their mission to support Caudwell Children, Radwell employees have participated in several challenges and events. Most recently, eight brave employees took on the exhilarating experience of a lifetime: a skydive. Jumping from a terrifying 10,000 feet and plummeting at speeds of 120 mph, they embraced the thrill to support changing the lives of disabled and autistic children.
A Cause Close to Their Hearts
Jess from Radwell shared her thoughts on the experience: “I would recommend any business to support Caudwell Children. It’s a fantastic way to get your team-to-team bond, none of us would be doing a skydive if it wasn’t Caudwell Children.
“We chose to support Caudwell Children because the charity is close to a lot of our hearts. It’s a local charity and we are really behind trying to raise as much as we can to support.
“None of us have ever done a skydive before, the group was feeling a little nervous before the jump but generally we were all excited.”
