Taking on challenges, changing lives

My passion for running started when I ran a park run at the age of 12. Since then, I’ve tackled local events from 5k to 16 mile runs, I enjoy challenging myself and meeting new people. As an autistic runner, running has helped me to manage my anxiety, stress and navigate the world.
