Young Writers Wanted!

Young Writers Wanted!

Does your child have a big imagination and a love for storytelling? If they enjoy creative writing, we’d love to hear from you!

To celebrate Caudwell Children’s 25th anniversary, we’re launching an exciting new campaign to inspire the next generation of young writers.

We’re inviting disabled and neurodivergent children and young people aged 5-18 to share their creativity with us by writing a short story or poem.

Their writing could be about their favourite pet, a hobby they love, a topic they’re passionate about or something wild and wonderful from their imagination.

In partnership with the National Literacy Trust, the best entries will be included in a special published book that families can purchase to treasure forever.

Also, one of our talented beneficiaries and child author, Amaya, will help to select three winners whose creative story or poem will have a special feature in the book!

Entries must be sent to marketing@caudwellchildren.com no later than 28th February.

This is a wonderful chance for your child to let their creativity shine and see their work in print! Get writing – we can’t wait to see their amazing stories and poems!
