“Cake sales and non-uniform days are always successful in school but I also wanted to do something different, which was linked to me running the London Marathon. I asked each class to run or walk around our running track for 26 minutes and get sponsored to do it. The children really enjoyed taking part.”

Why support Caudwell Children through your school?

By engaging in fundraising activities for Caudwell Children, your school can make a big difference in the lives of disabled and autistic children across the UK. Not only will your students experience the joy of helping others, but you’ll also be raising vital funds that enable us to provide life-changing services. Your school’s efforts empower these children to reach their full potential, offering them a brighter and more independent future.

What impact could your school make?

  • Every £1 your school raises helps us deliver at least £2 worth of practical and emotional support to children and families in need—doubling the impact of your contribution.
  • In 2023, Caudwell Children provided 17,181 donations and services to families across 2,512 UK postcodes. With your support, we can continue to provide critical resources like specialist equipment, therapy, and family support.
  • By coming together as a school community, you can transform lives and give disabled and autistic children the opportunities they deserve.

No, there’s no minimum. Every little bit helps! For example, £150 can fund a sensory pack, and £1,000 can help with an autism assessment. Whatever your school raises will make a huge difference to a child’s life.

You can share your event in your school newsletter, on your website, or even on social media. Put up posters around the school and ask pupils to spread the word to their families and friends. We’re happy to share tips and ideas if you need help!

Of course! Fundraising is all about teamwork. Children can help by organising activities, decorating posters, or taking part in the fun, while parents can volunteer to help out or spread the word in your community.

We’ll send your school a special certificate to say thank you for your amazing efforts! If you hit a big milestone, we’d love to feature you on our website and social media to celebrate what you’ve achieved.
